Leads enter through tracked lead magnet paths. Lead is registered automatically to that seat holder.

Lead registration and attribution
Registration
A lead is registered when they enter through a tracked lead magnet path.
Lifetime attribution
Lifetime attribution applies only if the lead becomes a paying client.
Lead registration window
60 day lead registration window included to prevent disputes.
Client pricing

Pricing is in US dollars
Client pricing stays in US dollars.
Rand illustration
R17 per US$1 is used as an example conversion.
Currency handling
Clients pay in US dollars. Seat holders are paid in rands using the rand to dollar exchange rate at the time funds are collected.

Seat holder earnings
Commission
25 percent of onboarding collected.
10 percent of monthly subscription collected.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds. Commissions are calculated on collected funds only.
Payout rules
Onboarding commission payout
Onboarding amounts collected on or before the 25th day of the month are paid out on or before the last working day of that month.
Monthly commission payout
Monthly subscriptions collected up to the last working day of the month are paid out by the 5th day of the following month.

75 Oxygen Partner Seats. No territory allocation. Global markets allowed.

Entry fee
R24,500 per seat. Non refundable.
Transfer
Seat holders can sell or transfer their seat. Transfer requires company approval of the incoming seat holder.
Standards
Conduct based standards
  • No misrepresentation.
  • No income claims.
  • No guaranteed outcomes.
  • No pretending to be the company.
  • Private by default rules must be followed.
  • Data handling rules must be followed.

Light performance threshold
We protect momentum without threats. A simple monthly activity baseline is expected. If activity drops, we run a reset and support plan.
